We offer Inferno Hot Pilates (HIIT), Bikram Yoga, Power Vinyasa Yoga and Yin. Our facility has infrared heating, showers, tons of natural light and of course, a disco ball! Come for the sweat and stay for delicious, nourishing food at our partner restaurant Novela Cafe Social.

Please bring a water bottle to fill up on-site — staying hydrated will make your practice that much better! Mats/towels are free your first class and available to rent thereafter. Latecomers will not be admitted so plan extra time for parking!

Late Cancelation/No Show Policy - Classes may be canceled up to 3 hours before class without penalty. Classes canceled within 3 hours will incur a $10 charge for unlimited members, no-shows will be charged $20. Single classes and class cards forfeit the class.
